Terms of Service
This beta version will be updated once the operator's details are published.
These terms set out what you and we can expect from each other when you use Azimo. We have tried to keep them plain. If anything is unclear, write to feedback@azimo.ai.
1. Who these terms are between
- These terms are an agreement between you (or the organization you act for) and the operator of Azimo ("we", "us") covering the Azimo website, console, API, command-line tool and MCP server (together, the "service").
- By signing up, signing in or using the service you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
- The operator's legal name, place of registration and address will be published on this page.
2. A beta service
- Azimo is an invite-only beta. Only people who have been invited, or who already have an account, can use it.
- The service is provided as is. During the beta we make no uptime commitment and do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
- We may change, pause or withdraw features. Where a change affects you significantly, we will try to tell you in advance.
3. Your account
- You sign in with a one-time link sent to your e-mail, or with an API key. A browser session stays valid for 7 days.
- Keep your e-mail account and API keys safe. Anything done through your account or keys is treated as done by you or someone you authorized.
- The service is not meant for anyone under 18.
- Use a real e-mail address you can read, so that sign-in links and important notices reach you.
4. API, command line and MCP
- Keep API keys on servers or in environments you control. Never put them in front-end code or public repositories, and do not share them.
- You are responsible for every call made with your keys and for the charges they cause. If a key leaks, revoke or rotate it in the console straight away.
- Requests are rate-limited, and requests over the limit are refused for a while. Please do not try to get around the limits.
5. Payment and charges
- The service runs on a prepaid balance in US dollars. You top it up online, and it can only be spent on production.
- Online payments are handled by Stripe; your card details never reach our servers. During the beta, top-ups may run in a demo mode in which no real money is charged.
- We do not publish prices. Pricing is agreed with our sales team at sales@azimo.ai.
- In principle, balances cannot be refunded or withdrawn. Our Refund Policy explains the exceptions.
How charging works:
- Every job starts with a plan, and plans are free.
- Production only starts once you confirm the plan. Each job has a spending cap: if it is about to go over, the job pauses and waits for your approval instead of overspending.
- If a job fails our quality checks (QA), or fails for reasons on our side, you are not charged and the amount set aside for it goes back to your balance.
- If you cancel a job, you pay for the work already done. This includes a job that was waiting for your input and expired after 7 days.
- Completed jobs are charged for what they actually used, and anything reserved beyond that goes back to your balance.
6. Your content
- You own the material you upload ("inputs") and the films we deliver to you. Any third-party material inside them still belongs to its owners.
- You give us the rights we need to process, copy, store, convert and transmit your content in order to produce, store and deliver your films.
- We use your content only to provide the service. AI model and media-generation providers process it on our behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You confirm that you hold the rights and the consents needed for the people, voices, logos, trademarks, figures and other material you give us.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create, upload or spread, or to help others create:
- anything unlawful;
- content that infringes copyright, trademarks, image rights, privacy or other rights;
- deceptive content, such as false advertising, invented figures or fake reviews and endorsements;
- any sexual content involving minors;
- content that impersonates a real person without their consent;
- political content meant to deceive, such as fabricated statements by public figures or material that misleads voters.
You also may not attack, probe or disrupt the service, scrape it beyond normal use, or resell accounts or keys.
8. AI-generated output
- Films are generated with AI and can contain mistakes, inaccuracies or awkward moments. Review them yourself before you publish them or send them to a client.
- Figures only appear in a film when they come from sourced material in your brief. You remain responsible for whether the claims and figures in the film are true and lawful.
- Our QA checks technical qualities such as speech against script, resolution, loudness, duration and picture. Passing QA is not a statement that the content is accurate or compliant.
9. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using the service at any time. Unused balance is not refunded when you close your account, except where the law requires it.
- If you breach these terms, we may suspend or close your account. Where practical, we will tell you first and explain why.
- While a payment dispute such as a chargeback is open, your account may be paused.
- After termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limits on liability
- To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties about the service, express or implied, beyond what these terms say.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event that gave rise to it.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, business interruption or lost data.
- Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date at the top, and e-mail account holders about material changes. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
The operator's place of registration, and with it the governing law, will be published on this page. Until then, if a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it by negotiation through feedback@azimo.ai.
